Xtek is excited to announce that the latest expansion of our Sharonville, Ohio facility is now complete and fully operational! Simply known as Building #31, this new facility adds 15,000 square feet of production floor space and is serviced by a 25-ton crane, which can be augmented with a 60-ton crane if required in the future.
Primary operations at Building #31 will be gear cutting and final assembly for gearboxes, gear assemblies and mill pinion assemblies. A key piece of equipment to support this operation is the brand new 2.8 meter (110”) Gleason P2800 Gear Hobbing Machine for roughing and finishing operations on gears and pinions for many industries.
Not only are we are excited about the added capacity and flexibility the building will provide for servicing our customers repair, rebuild and upgrade needs, but we are extremely proud of our outstanding team and the quality individuals that contribute to our success on a daily basis.
As always, and after COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, we welcome our customers to stop in at their convenience, take a tour of our facility, see our new building and meet some of the wonderful people that help make some of the highest quality products in our industry.
