While we’ve worked hard to maintain our relationship by supporting and servicing you, we’ve also worked hard to integrate our businesses. Through this process, we have developed synergies and solutions we believe will add value to our company and for our customers. As a result, we are pleased to announce the creation of a brand-new division – Xtek Precision Maintenance.
The quality of service you are accustomed to receiving will remain unchanged. The dedicated Xtek Precision Maintenance® field service personnel will still be available to assist you on-site at your location, and our facility in Paducah will still support your manufacturing and reconditioning needs. In business for more than 110 years, Xtek provides extensive engineering and metallurgical expertise with state-of-the-art machining to solve the toughest power transmission and materials handling problems. Combining these capabilities, we plan to provide a comprehensive service that will be unrivaled in the industry.
As part of this process, Precision Machine Inc. will now be doing business under the new name Xtek Precision Maintenance®. This change will occur on July 1st, 2021. Please address all purchase orders and any other business correspondence to Xtek Precision Maintenance.
